News29 August 2009 Open Day event on Wee Cumbrae Island [Scotland, UK] on 27 Sep. 2009 The inauguration event and "bhoomi pujan" [blessing the land] on Wee Cumbrae will be open to the public. The event will be held in the presence of Swami Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishan Ji.
Teachers and Members of PYPT should by now have received invitations (via email and/or through the post) to the Open Day event on Little Cumbrae, Scotland, UK on 27 Sep. 2009.
If you have still not received an email from info@pypt.org nor been forwarded the invitation by a fellow Member or Teacher, please get in touch with the PYP office.
Ferry service to Wee Cumbrae
Ferries will leave from Fairlie Quay, Main Road, Fairlie, KA29 0AS every hour from 6am to 11am and will take guests to Millport of the Island of Cumbrae, where they will then make the short boat journey to Wee Cumbrae by rib.
Please Note:- * People from Largs can take the ferry services from Fairlie Quay. The return trip will cost £10. **People from Millport can take the ferry services from Millport pier to Wee Cumbrae from 10 am onwards. The return trip will cost £5 and ribs will leave every 10 minutes stating from 10am. ***Ferry services for VIPs, Volunteers and Media will leave from Largs Yacht Haven, Irvine Road, Largs, Ayrshire KA30 8EZ from 6 am onwards to 11 am. For more information and booking please contact the PYPT Office on 0141 427 7510 between 09.00 am to 05.00 pm Monday to Friday. You are advised to book your ferry tickets by 11 Sept 2009 at the latest.

Please note that you must arrange your own accommodation in Scotland and make your way to Largs Marina on 27 Sept. 2009 to board one of the above boats.
