News14 March 2020 Coronavirus Update From: Sunita Poddar <spoddar@oakminsterhealthcare.
14th March 20
Dear Coordinators, Teachers and Members
Coronavirus is very much at the forefront of everyone’s mind and concern at the moment. We appreciate that the situation has been developing quickly and as such we are implementing some procedures to ensure that the risk is minimal.
As a precautionary measure the trust has taken the decision to suspend all classes and training for the foreseeable future.
This is not a decision that we have taken lightly but feel it is the best interest of all our Teachers, Members ,Students and anyone attending the classes. Therefore, could you please inform all the Teachers and Members in your area and cancel, in writing, all the Yoga classes ,with all the relevant bodies, with immediate effect.
If you require any further information or clarification, then please do not hesitate to contact our Head office at info@pypt.org.
Kind Regards

'Very much more relaxed and focused at work and more positive mental attitude all round. Also more flexible as classes went on. Could touch my toes from day 4 after a very long time of not being able to.'
