unsaturated pigments which are free radical. Junk food, tinned, salty food,
pesticides, radiation, tension and negative thinking increase the level of free
radical.
As the level of Free radicals
increases due to unhealthy eating habits and wrong lifestyle gives rise to free
radicals which damages our lungs, blood, skin and other delicate organ. As a
result body’s resistance becomes weak and we come in grip of unexpected heart
problem, cancer, hypertension, asthma, loss of memory etc.
E.g.
– Cut a potato or apple with a knife and see after 15 min, its colour
changes.
Again cut fresh potato or apple and
apply fresh lemon juice on the cut portion, you will notice that there is no
change in the colour.
