It can even help to contain spiraling national healthcare cost, if large percentage of population build Yoga into their every day life. Hon. Obhrai offered to sponsor Yoga classes at the Canadian Parliament Hill, for benefit of law makers, and staff.

The day long activities included:

He further shared that diabetes can be managed, its on-set delayed, or even prevented, by exercising 3 to 4 times a week for thirty minutes each, reducing stress, and eating balanced nutrition meals.

Their “Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)” and a set of personal goals will take them to higher heights of success. She shared her personal struggle with cancer and heart condition of angina, and how Yog has been helping her in stress management, improving her immune system response, and her overall health.
