    Drinking Cold Water gives the best consolation
    Shower with Cold – luke warm water is the best for relaxation, and shower with warm- hot water is the best for to get tired off.
    Ayurveda believes in Balanced Diet means all 6 tastes in diet and balance of Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat, Minerals and Vitamin.
     A normal dish contains whole grains, vegetables and Beans
    When you cook beans, adding ajwain seeds resolves the gas which forms the gas in stomach, as beans are rich in protein and produce Nitrogen gas in Stomach.
    Usage of cumin seed is considered valuable for digestion.
    Good for Vata and Kapha prakriti people and helpful for digestion of Pitta in small quantity. It is also having cleansing property and helps to burn ama – digestive toxins. It is good to increase appetite and good for the digestive organs i.e. stomach, liver, intestines etc.
    Less amount of chilli powder adds the taste and increase the digestive fire which will help you to digest the food easily.
     Turmeric is good to control sugar level and also having an anti biotic property. Usage of Fennel seed powder pacifies Vata and Pitta and helpful for the digestion of Kapha. It is having cooling effect and gives slight sweet taste to a dish. It is having digestion enhancing properties and good for the people with Vata and Kapha prakriti.
    Ginger is pungent in taste and used to increase the digestive fire.
    Less Salt can be added to get a taste
    For proper digestionWater should not be taken immediate before and after meal.
    At the end of meal Lassi is advisable. In the middle of the meal water can be taken to increase the taste of the meal. Meal should be viscous as it is easier to digest and good in taste as well.
     Meal should be taken with full concentration and without talking to anyone, without watching Television or reading newspaper, and should not be eaten very fast and very slow.
    Ayurveda believes Lunch should be proper and heavy in comparison to dinner as in day times all the body channels are open and it will easier to digest.
    While the best time to take dinner is 7 O’clock as this is the time when HCl (Hydrochloric Acid) secretion is an optimum level and much easier to digest food. HCl secretion gets decrease after 7 and completely stops after 11 O’ clock so, whatever you eat after 11 O’ clock in night don’t get digested.
     Yoghurt should not be eaten at night time. Some opposite quality of foods should not be taken together i.e. Fish and Milk, Milk and Fruits except Banana.
