Health tip to Detoxify your body

Plan your Juices for 7 days a week to detoxify your body.
 
You should take one of them everyday on empty stomach.
 
Coriander juice- half cup  Juice of tomato/Cucumber  & bitter gourd.
 
Health Drink:-Mix 300 Gms Amla Churan with 100 Gms of dried Ginger. *Boil & reduce it to 3 glasses. *Filter the water and drink it during the day. *If Desired Honey can be added to it. Amla is a concentrated Vitamin C. It has 16 times more vitamin C than Orange.
 
Aloevera Juice-should be taken as part of daily supplement.
 
Green Juices-Leaves of spinach, methi (fenugreek), celery, lettuce, cabbage etc can be taken. Add 1 tsp of Amla Churan and ginger powder.
