 Green Juices
Our body requires energy to function properly and to throw out toxins and diseases. This Juice has all types of salts and minerals required by the body and are easily digestible. It is a pure form of energy and can be taken 3-4 cups a day.
 
Ø  To prepare such Green juices one can take Leaves of spinach, meth(fenugreek), celery, let tuce, cabbage, green coriander, pudina (mint), Tulsi (basil), cucumber, radish, wheat grass and sprouted cereals.
Ø  While preparing such green juice, add one tsp of Amla powder and ginger powder.
